Sheeple are generally referred to people that group together like sheep. Has nothing to do with location or any desirable or undesirable location. But your claim as CA NY etc as a desirable location is your opinion, and like an ahole everyone has one.

Not an opinion. Look at real-estate prices. Price is based on demand. High demand equals high prices. Low demand equals lower prices. You claim to be good at numbers....you do the math.
