been doing nothing since last years covid scare. spend my days at the computer, watching movies and such. can't sit up in a chair, so I lean back with legs up on desk. think this ruined my shin's so learned exercise's this morning for it.

well been rough with pain and all. sometimes walking femur falls out of socket, will make you scream. I don't want anymore surgerers. after the heart surgry no way.

tried to walk dog a mile,ended up a 1/16. both legs horrible pain in shins burning, then calf burning intense. Now I understand with 4 bypass do to clogged ateriers could be problem too. I did take alot of ibuphroen and went to smaller doses, so going back 3600mg a day, for pain also, but to thin blood. if it works. It's circulation, but I will not take rat poison. had a friend die like that, he lost his marbles, then darkness

Good news at last!

When was the last time you went one or two days w/o eating? Trader Joe's has a product they call 'green juice.' Drink a quart of that and only that one day a week. Most modern people eat too much, in weird combinations, and have been doing so for years. The body is in a constant struggle to expel the toxins.

My back yard is small but it gets lots of leaves and dog crap, I can easily fill two one hundred gallon wheelie bins every few weeks .
