Pioneer Mini System

I have a 280 watt pioneer mini system at home and it is hooked up to my computer through the AUX input. I adjust the sound on the computer and put the bass through media player and windows, the highest the stereo can take it before it distorts. It booms alot!!

I got worried though that, the amp in the stereo might burn out or blow because of the power of the computer. Will this affect it in any way?
