Gumout makes honda lawnmower run great....
I just thought I would share; my lawnmower had developed a bad habit of surging. I started putting gumout in the gasoline and the problem has cleared up; no surging, runs great! Also, I only buy two to three gallons of ethanol free gasoline at a time so as to limit stale gas problems......

Have had excellent results multiple times on small engines with Mechanic in a Bottle. Thought it was a joke due to its name, I was wrong. Stuff works!
Good to know about Gumout.

During WWII, Army tanks and jeeps were arriving in europe with gummed up carburators. The government sought out a solution; gumout was born!

Ethanol free fuel is the best for keeping small gas engines troublefree. Started using it after experiencing swelling of rubber o-rings in some carburetors due to ethanol.
Recently took two carbs off a power washer & big wheel weedeater, both were exceptionally clean even though many years old and sitting for 5 years. Never tried Gumout but will probably start using it from time to time. MY favorite in the past has been Seafoam. After a couple of uses, my E300D fuel gauge started to read accurately again and quit bouncing around & hasn't returned in about 70,000 miles of use. |
