Pennsylvania flash flooding.

https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/pennsylvania-flash-flooding-5-dead-2-missing-including-9-month-old-2-year-old-sister/ar-AA1dVREt?ocid=msedgntp&cvid=27608b6216c2400ea84316919c0be140&ei=17

This happened to me when I was around nine years of age. I fell into the rushing waters of a creek that had flooded due to enormous amounts of rainfall. Some other boys reached in and grabbed me by the hand and pulled me out of the rushing water.

Normally, people who this has happened to develop a fear of water. For some reason, I never did. It is my belief that you should carry a full life preserver IN YOUR CAR just in case......
