Human powered flight
Not a long flight in the video, but a cool flight.

That looks like one fit mofo peddling that thing.
I may have told the story before, in the summer of '97 I drove a pedi cab on Fisherman's Wharf in SF. There were spots allowed by the city to pitch for customers, and prescribed routes we were allowed to go, which I only occasionally varied from. The money was OK, not great. I did it a lot for the experience and the fitness. Holy crap I got in shape. If you had two adult male tourists in the back, weighing, say 180 pounds each? OMG. Those things had six gears, the two lowest were really low. Going up an incline in first gear so small you could hardly notice it with two guys like that in the back? It felt like you were pressing 300 the whole time. I tip my hat to the guy piloting that thing.
