Why is it so GDed hard to sign in to YouTube?
It's all the rage now. If you want to watch a video on the web, they ask you to sign in. So I go to the app. I push every damned button. I've tried everything they tell me, somehow I'm still not signed in. What the bleeding F?

I don't know if this is applicable cmac but I stream youtube tv and you have to be signed in to watch/use it. I can actually watch youtube tv on my phone
 . The lovely Ms engatwork has a cell phone and the only way to sign out of google on it is to delete the app  .

I can watch any YouTube vid I want without signing in. If I want.to sign in, I just sign in. No issues.

Most of the videos posted on Benzworld require you to sign in before viewing. There's a button labeled "learn more" but if you press it, nothing happens. I've encountered the "sign in" request twice on websites unconnected to Benzworld. They say it's to weed out bots.
Search tells me to open the YouTube app and click on "sign in." I would if I could see those words anywhere. I click on every possible button/icon, you name it, and "sign in" does not present itself.

Sometimes age restricted videos require a sign in, iirc. But the best thing to do is to delete the app and just watch through the phone browser, less to deal with.
