Anyone here use Hotbar? It's a Internet Explorer tool that allows you to add background pictures to your plain jane brower border up at the top of the window.

There are over 70 thousand to choose from and better yet, you can create your own. Checkout some of the Motorsports "skins", some very cool ones to choose from. If you goto page 4 on this link, http://www.hotbar.com/Categories/Sports/Wheels/Wheels1.htm, there is a CLK-GTR I did awhile back.

BTW, I have no connection to Hotbar, just passing this interesting tool on...
