Aftermarket Warrenty?

My ML is out of warranty and I'd like to purchase an aftermarket warranty "product".
I know I should have done this before it ran out... but so be it.
I feel like I'm flying without a net and need the piece of mind.
Does anyone have a reputable warranty company to suggest that will take me?
Does MB have one?
My truck runs like a champ, has about 48K on it.
