New toy in the garage
 

No, I don't have another Mercedes, but this is just as exciting. My friend moved to Colombia for two years to teach and left his motorcycle behind. He is letting me use it until next summer when I leave with the Peace Corps. At that point I will sell it.

It is a 1980 Honda CB900 Custom, and wow, it is a cool bike. It has a transmission with city and highway gearing, so it basically has 10 gears. It has cruise control, air shocks, dual disc brakes, a shaft drive, saddle bags, a tow hitch and a trailer, a sissy bar, and basically anything else that I could possibly need.

The engine was replaced with a new OEM motor in 1996, and it has been basically parked for the last three years. I've taken it for a few rides and it is a blast. I just need to change the oil and replace the tires and I'll be set until I sell it.

Now if I can just find a place that sells oil filters.
