533i FINALLY COMES HOME !!!!!
Well it's ready.
Exhaust off of my 528e, the starter of my 528e, the clutch slave and master of my 528e and it's ready. The mechanic drove it all weekend and only had trouble with the clutch not coming back up when keeping it in to long. thats why the master and slave were switched. I can't wait to go pick it up after school tommorow! I also found a pleasent supprise when helping out with the clutch trouble There is an amp stuffend in the footwell! It's truley a ghetto cruser once I get it home I will wash it polish it wax and see how the paint looks and if I have time start hooking up the stereo toys I have. Any suggestions on what to do off the bat? If you can't tell I can't wait |

Well I was supposed to get that 560 over the summer but the owner backed out on my dad and traded it in for a new C. so the 533i is what I'm stuck with for now

At least up to 100 mph, a 533i will run with a Euro 500SEL or US spec 560SEL.
Congrats on the acquisition, I love E28s. My parents ALMOST bought me a 1987 BMW 535iS (with sport suspension and bodywork and limited-slip diff) in my senior year of HS, but got the Volvo 740 Turbo because the BMW was "too fast and had a stick shift". Hey, that's why I liked it! But anyway, post some pics of this new E28. -Sam |
