Under $600
 

Can anyone recommend a digital camera with a minimum of 3.1 megapixels for under $600?
I can't find anything.

we bought our Nikon digital online at camera World in Portland OR. good selection, good prices, no high pressure salespersons, they sell only american market camera's with full factory warranty and have given us quick delivery on the two cameras that we have got from them. I have always used Nikon 35mm camera's and there digital seems to be very high quality,all my post with photos are with this camera........

Nikon Coolpix 2500
 

I bought a Nikon digital as well. It is the Coolpix 2500 which
recently won the PC Magazine editor choice for $300 cameras.
I suppose that the more expensive Nikons would be equally
good but it depends on what you are doing. I wanted a
camera to document computer network installations and put
images on the web. It has been working great for the past
day so I would recommend it.
