Anyone miss me?
 

Well guy's it's been a while that I've abandoned my Mercedesshop family. However, there is good reason for why what happened, happened. In the past year, I've taken on a greater role at work and have been working a lot as well as attending school full time...leaving me with little time for myself.
Also there have been some familial disputes that I found myself having to referee in and try to act as a peacemaker. Also my mother had a quick fight with cancer, however she went peacefully in her sleep, jsut two days before undergoing heavy chemo-something she desperately wanted to avoid.

Aside from that, I'd like to say that I've sold the 300E, as it was starting to nickle and dime here and there, and also I have the S-Class, so there was really no purpose in having 300E sit there not on the road-It went into good hands.

Well, guy's I'm back and into Benz AMG more than ever. It's good to see the site doing well, as I recall it from it's first days.

Hey Alex, welcome back! There were a couple of threads asking where you went - good to see you still around.

(edit-I must have been asleep when I read your post. I completely missed the part about your mother. Condolances on your loss, but I am glad she didn't have a prolonged battle!)

Welcome back. We wondered what had happened to you. Lots of things have changed

well you guys are going to have to fill me in on what new things happened. I see the forum has grown, and that's nice to see.

I am surpirsed that there were posts asking about my wherabouts. I would think you guys would forget totally about me, it's nice to see you didn't.

Ashman, I hope the 300CE is still all ok. I know that about one year ago you were having some difficulties with the car, i.e an accident or such.

All of you thanks for welcoming me back. Some names I don't know, but most of the above posts are by the "old timer-veteren" crew that we've known each other almost since MSSHOP inception.
