Turns out the car's sole owner was the Austrian Embassy here in DC. It was used by their military attache around town and to the airport. Hence the low miles of 38K. Fully stamped book, completely clean in and out. Quite the most perfect used car one could ask for.

I bought it this morning for a song from a dealer who didn't know what he had until it was too late.
