190D Conversion to Pickup???
 
I thought I saw some threads of pickup conversions. My 190D, with new engine/clutch got smacked while parked and I'm thinking of taking up welding to turn it into a pickup truck. Anyone have any info, or info of what I can put my drivetrain into, such as an S-10 Chevy, for instance, or a Chevy Luv Mikado? Need all the info I can get on what to do with this drivetrain.

It's getting cold in SW Montana, so I'll have to wait til spring to do actual work, but would like to line up everything in advance.
