Got Walked

"Got walked" is a term I never heard until today. Well evidentally this is a term that waitors/waitresses use when one of their customers leaves the restaurant without paying.
Anyway, I heard a weird story that took place in Dallas, Texas recently: Two ladies left a restaurant without paying the check, in other words they "walked". Their waitress saw the ladies leave without paying and ran out to their car where the two ladies promptly ran the waitress over and killed her.
Do you people know any other terms waitors/waitresses use when customers leave without paying the check?
