I know how to use my pc to view pics from the memory stick of my Sony digital video camera recorder, but how do I actually upload(?) the pics onto the harddrive of my pc so that I can send them in email?

You have a Sony PC, right? You have a Memory Stick port to insert the Memory Stick?

If so the Sony Memory Stick should show up as a drive letter. Drag and Drop to the hard drive.
