Talking Is your garage a garage, or..........

........a haven for all that "stuff" that you just may need someday?
Mine was "dead storage" until I bought the Benz. Then I spent a whole saturday cleaning/organizing/throwing away. Now I can get both my truck and the Benz in there. I'm amazed at how many homes I drive by and see some real nice cars parked out in the weather here. Seattle rain isn't as bad on cars as areas where roads get salted in the winter, but it takes it's toll on cars.

it's a garage!

I have a personal rule that my garage absolutely must be able to house the the number of cars it was designed for. Weekend projects excepted...

Good rule of thumb!

Here in Texas, we see a lot of "transplants" who moved from homes that had basements (including us). Texas homes are built on slabs, and the available (and pathetic) storage areas won't contain all of those basement items...so a car (or two) sits outside while the basement junk occupies the garage bays.

I can squeeze all of the MBs in the garage and the VW remains outside. I could use two more bays though. Put the VW in one, and the bikes/cycles/mowers/tools/etc., in the other.

Garage?¿?¿

Howdy All,
All "stuff" goes in the storage buildings. Good thing because I don't have a garage. I have 2 airplane bodies I park the Cruiser, Jeep and a van in.
