I found some other MB forums in a google search. In the process of checking them out, I see a few usernames from this forum. Are you on mbnz.org or mbworld.org? If so, do you use the same username?

Not a member of another M-B forum, but do belong to a couple others. One is for old Dodge trucks:

Not really what your asking, but oh well.

I use the same user name at the Dodge truck forum, but someone beat me to it at the Audi forum, so I use Rikgus.

Not trying to hijack my own thread, but since you mentioned it, my uncle had an old Dodge Power Wagon when I was little. I think it was a late 40's or early 50's model. I remember him saying that "It would pull the world in the wrong direction if I can just find a place to hook onto it"!!:p That would be a bad mofo!!:p

I belong to the Mog mailing list. I used to belong to 3 Unimog lists. I belong to a couple lists that are dog related.

I'm on the www.mbnz.org forum and I do use the same user name but I'm not a frequent poster on there since there is not as much traffic on that site as this one. That is the place I have my car photos at.

Is that "MOG" as in a man-dog, the character portrayed by the late great John Candy in the movie Spaceballs?

I also belong to mbnz.org with the same user name. I haven't been there in several months. Ironically, though, I've gotten inquiries for my 16 valve, (one today from somebody in Turkey!) which is for sale, from that site, but none from this site. Go figure....

I'm subscribed to several Mercedes-related mailing lists, but I mostly just scan though the "digest" versions of them, stopping to read items that interest me. I don't like the "mailing list" concept as much as I like the "message board" format, so I do 99% of my posting here. It's much more interesting and user-friendly. I'm not on any other actual MB message boards like this one.

Yes, I am a dog lover, but not on any dog forums.

I have a mini dachshund named "Pee Wee". I grew up with dogs, mainly Beagles, and they were great, great dogs. This little weenie dog, though, is the best dog I ever had. She is practically a genius - learns anything quickly, like she knows what I want her to do. What's more, she even seems to understand me when I talk to her. She also communicates with me by blinking at me. I sound like a lunatic - heck, my wife even thought I was crazy - but she has noticed it, too.
