used the speaker stencil and made a trace on top of the boxes of the shelf the simply cut the metal on the bottom of the boxes and the top lid and popped them in! took about 2hrs.

i put two sony xplod 6x9's in the rear deck of my 300SD. Took me about five hours all things said and done because i was mounting an amp as well, and i had to pull the rear deck lid as well as bend a metal "cover" in the trunk for the deapth of the speakers. If you go for 6x9's try to get shallow ones, it will save you some trouble.
