In honor of my B-day, I gave my car a complete detail....Pix
Even though my car turned 18 last month. I turned 18 today so I decided to celebrate by spending time with the love of my life. I spent 2 hours thouroghly cleaning up my 1985 300CD and it looks great. Too bad I live down a pot-holed 1/4 dirt road, so the cleanliness won't last too long.

Happy birthday...
That's a sweet ride. One of the local judges has one like it, in green, and I keep trying to buy it from him, but he won't let go of it.
Today is also my mechanic's birthday. Again, happy birthday!

BENZ-LGB: Thanks. These cars are hard to get rid of. Funny, when I was going to look at this car, the lady who was selling it had gotten a call from a judge in California who wanted to buy if from her sight unseen for the her asking price. -Jamie

Nice!!
I can't wait to get my car back from the shop. Everytime I see another W123C the more I like these cars and my car too that is  I really can't part with it and if I had to the replacement would be another one There's actually a china blue (i think that's what the color's called) 1980 280CE in the local paper that needs some switches and a heater valve for $2000. I'm guessing I could probably get it for $1000! Can't think of a prettier car for $1k
