Free Ice cream OR lower interest rates for 30 years
If given the choice between having all the FREE ice cream for 30 years or a mortgage rate that is 1% lower than what the going rate is, what would you choose?

I had Maggie Moos ice cream today. The cotton candy flavor was very good, not as good as TCBY though.
