15 minute chair delay

I was 15 minutes late for my tennis lesson because of a chair in the road. I thought there had been a bad accident because traffic came to a 5mph crawl, as I got to where the traffic started to move again I saw the cause of the delay was a dining room chair in one of the lanes. Everyone was driving around the chair and just staring at it as they drove by. This was on a 4 lane highway. LOL
