if you saw a 2000 C230K Sport goin for 10 grand, what would be the first thing to come to your mind?

Not sure about the market in your area. Is that a low price? Taking the exchange into account, that would be about $16K Canuck-bucks. VERY low here. Most 98-00 W202 cars go for $22K-$30K.

A super low price says to me:

1. High mileage? Really high?

2. Crash victim? Really bad? (Repaired, but still kills value)

3. Something really wrong? A car with a major mechanical problem sells cheap.

Then, I would think bad stuff like stolen, theft recovey, repo, and so on...

Of course, it might just be a great deal.

mileage is extremely low. 27k. and the car is not damaged from the picture. i dont know about previous accidents, as i havent talked to the seller yet, and it wasnt in the ad. i also dont know about any technical problems. but when i saw the price, i was like 'WHOA' this is either a great deal, or its a really bad lemon.
