Express?
 

Greetings Forum Members,

Have any of you had or know of anyone that has had dealings with Expressautoparts.com?
I ordered an EHA valve and parking brake shoes for my 190E two weeks ago to be shipped UPS ground, 2-5 day delivery.
They don't list a telephone number on their web site so I emailed them inquiring as to the status of my order last week.
They have not replied? I'm starting to get a little concerned.
For the record I have used Fast Lane and am quite satisfied with the service but occasionally I do like to check out other sites.

The telephone number you gave is no longer in service.

I forwarded a second email inquiry with no reply and
still no parts.

I finally received my order from ExpressAutoParts.com.
No one ever replied to my email inquiries.
I'm of the mind that they should drop the express from their name.
The $ saved by purchasing from them has been offset by their lack of communication, aka service.
Phil of Fastlane does make it a point to get back to you!
