Who's gonna wish me Happy Birthday!

Well, another birthday! Man, they're coming faster and faster every year.

I'm 35 years old today, and I'm feeling pretty old.

I aerated the lawn on Sunday by hand with one of those hand tools that looks like a pogo stick. I'm still feeling it in my shoulders and lats. The old muscles are not what they used to be....

Happy Birthday

From the Great White North. At 35, you're still a puppy, you don't even qualify for a canine maintenance diet. In all seriousness, happy birthday, and may many more come your way.

Paul,

In the language of computers you are a mere 23*! Have a great day!

*technically h'23' in hexadecimal or base 16 notation

O' please, you only got two years and 1 month on me and I don't feel any different from when I was 18. There is nothing I could do at 18 that I can't do now. I don't understand this old man stuff yet. Then again, I lift and exercise regularly now. I still don't stretch at all though and don't need to yet, lol.

O' and Happy B-day!
I guess it's a case of using different muscles. I'm in pretty good shape for an old man. I run 2-3 miles / day, and keep my weight at about 180 lbs. @ 6'1" tall. I know I should do some weight training, but I love being outdoors with my dog, Pee Wee, jogging around the park in the hills of Diamond Bar.

Steven, this is weird. My wife's birthday is May 17. She'll be turning 40.

Thanks for the birthday wishes everyone.

I took a "day off" from work, and my wife took me to lunch at a Cuban restaurant in old town Pasadena. I had a roast pork dish that will knock your socks off. She had a Prince Edward Island Mussels and pasta dish. Exellente!

We then went on a tour of a historic mansion. I can't believe the way some people live.

All the walking around was hard on her, being pregnant and all. She's upstairs taking a nap.

I think I'll slip on the New Balance running pants, and my New Balance 587 running shoes (made in the U.S.A.) and go for a run with Pee Wee around the park.

Oh, BTW, the lawn area in my backyard is about 25' x 25'.
