today is a sad day for me, i am a 3rd year medical student in malaysia and had sat for the final paper today. it wasnt that bad initially but there are high chance that i might fail the parer...
i was so down immediate after the test and i just cant recall anything and have any desire to do anything for at least 2 hours...
further increasing my pain is that i had a quarrel with my girlfriend and she wanted to break up with me... why must all bad things happened to me on my prime years?
my friend was picked pocket in the cinema with me just now, maybe my bad luck had spread to him.....
i having such a hard time and feel so stressful now..........
god!!!!!!!! please let everything go ok..
let me pass the exam, feeling a lot of pressure from family, peers and friends..........................

Don't lose sight of perspective!

Anxiety must be abandoned. The disappointments hardest to bear are those which never come.
Difficulties may challenge mediocrity and defeat the fearful, but they only stimulate the true man of spirit.

Hey... I know how you feel. We got our bad days and good days. Sometimes we feel as though we have more bad days. But as a person who was and sometimes is depressed for a very long time... I can say that there are more good days ahead than bad. Never lose faith... things happen for a reason. We might not get what we want at first.. but I learned that we do eventually get what we strived for... if not better. Stay strong and hang in there. Thats my advice to you.
