What Color Tint on Green 300e?

Hey Y'all, I am going to give in to the summer heat and get my windows tinted. The question is what color to do it? I'm thinking the Lexus Green or metalized silver, any ideas?

I've never seen the Lexus green but it would look kinda cool (i'd imagine it's just silver w/ a hint of green?) on the Teal 300E of yours!

BTW, your 300E looks sweet! I had a Teal 300E loaner car and I wondered what it would look like if it was done up

nice house too

How about 35% all around?? Personally I would stay away from those "novelty" tints. The green tint would look okay on your car, but go for a more executive look.

Here is a pic of my 300E with 35% tint all around:

But it all comes down to what YOU like. Customize your car for YOU, not for everyone else.

Personally, I'd stay away from colored tint, but it's YOUR car. Tint with color if it makes you happy.

One thing I'd suggest: get quality tinting done. Spend the money to get the job done right. Nothing uglier than seeing a car with window tint that's full of bubbles!

Also: see if you can get tint that's polarized. That way you can see through it easier when driving at night. Many years ago I had dark tint on my "*****in" 83 Ford Escort. Looked great, but I could hardly see out the windows at night. Makes it pretty difficult to back up or see other cars for lane changes.

Hope this helps!

Alright, thanks for all the replies. The "rice" look is most def something i'm trying to avoid. But here is a pic of the Lexus tint. To ricey or would it be cool on a green benz?

Limo tint, but the Lexus does actually look quite nice. Not too ricey. I actually saw a car with actual green windows. It wasn't green-tinted silver tint like on the Lexus, but actual green 35% or so tint. Looked kinda cool, but too ricey for a Benz. Go classic.

I saw a riced out yellow eclipse with dark yellow tint. Kinda made me wonder if its legal.

Cool, I'm convinced. Limo tint seems the way to go. I'm gonna try to shoot for that when I talk to the tint guy. Thanks y'all for your input.
