They need those tow truck drivers in Washington DC!! They can start with most of the hapless DC government.

I just read of a civilian and a DC clerk who are under charges of scheming thousands of dollars out of the DC government by accepting bribes from people in lue of their paying already huge fines. The entire DC system is corrupt!

Sorry... didn't mean to get the thread off track-- but it's a similar story of corrupt government or the people in power taking advantage of their situaition at the expense of the average guy.
