Lost or broken?..... What broke?.... Tire got a flat?:p What a flimsy excuse! He just put it as "no reserve" to hopefully generate more interest.
In his defense though, I know of one eBay seller/dealer that had to back out of a deal because the particular vehicle was vandalized.
