If I were Benzonline, I'd get that other plate blurred as well, I can read it clearly.
Oh yeah, the new C is nice addition as well. |

As to answer the question of why people blur plates...
A friend of mine had pictures of his Honda S2000 on the internet. Someone saw it, ran the numbers, and got his address. He woke up one morning and the car had been completely stripped. They finally caught the guys, and they said they found it via the internet. It takes all of 2 seconds to blur out the plates, it makes sense to do... |

I don't see the difference between somebody doing that, and somebody seeing you on the highway, unless you have a total sleeper and include engine pics on the net or somethin.

Maybe details such as stereos and other aftermarket add-ons are easier to find out about a car than just seeing it on the street.
Gads, they'd have to find my place first Not sure just having an address would do a whole lotta good where I live.

4Ndelit, that's what I'm taliking about
If some out of town seen your palte # on the internet, they go and do something to your car if they want to? they are pretty desperate to do that......
also i agree with rickg that if maybe if you publishedr the inside of your vehicle and found you got a good gadget inside, and I'm sure you have a good insurance covarge if you have those in your car Hey 4Ndelit where you in San Diego, I want to see your '78 SEL450 with only 70K miles on it. I am from San Diego also

I don't wanna show it to you unless you somehow get my licence plate and jack my car! (oh wait... my screen name IS my licence plate... D'oh!) I'm just kidding, I'm in the northmost part of san diego, right before you get to del mar (just off highway 56... carmel valley). We need to have a san diego meet sometime... I've been driving to LA and irvine too much. :p
