Does anyone remember the exact year and month the Ford Expedition, Lincoln Navigator and Ford Excursion were introduced?

Have any of you driven the above vehicles? If so, what are your thoughts? I was starting high school around the time they came out but don't have a clear timeline of their appearance on the market. At that time all the car mags said they were all too big.

The new body style (1997) Ford F-150 (fiso if you're blonde!) went on sale Jan1, 1996. I'm pretty sure that the Expedition was available in that timeframe as well. Not sure about the Lincoln, maybe someime in 97. The excursion was based on the Superduty Chassis which came out late fall of '98 as a '99, so the Excursion followed soon after.
