Oregon drivers read this
I read the post about the fellow that got stopped for having only his fog lights on in Ill. So I typed oregon law using fog lights into google. Click on the second site on the first page and you will find more info on law lights in the state of Oregon than you want to know ,such as Euro light are illegal any covered head light or tail light are illeagle ect........

Having retired from civil duties with the great state of Oregon guess I can say - Oregon administrative rules and revised statutes prohibit "almost" everything. Selective enforcement is how the state is regulated.

I guess nearly every new car built since the early 80's have illegal headlights in Oregon.
Seriously, if you do this in pretty much every state, almost every conceivable activity has some kind of old obsolete law forbiding it. Whether or not they are ever enforced depends on how low the moffias coffers are in the particular area. |
