has anyone bought the AUTOPILOT ''as seen on tv''!?

just wondering how well they work I keep seeing ads for them there like 20 to 40 bucks regular and A talking one. It's A heck of alot cheaper than A GPS and it's handheld but I don't know if it works like A GPS or as well. what do you guys think?
