My reason for starting this thread is I just made my first firearms purchase and going through the 72 hour waiting period. I bought a Daewoo DH40, with tri-action. It came with 2 12 rd mags. Supposedly tri-action is accurate like single action, with the light trigger, but quicker like double. It also has the standard single and double action modes... :D

Here's my dangerous firearm.

Some of the early Rem 700's had problems firing as soon as the safety was pushed forward. Talk about a surprise! Truthfully, I don't even like semi-auto handguns very much. I only bought the Walther because it was the flattest in a substantial caliber for concealed carry (also why it's SS - don't care for shiny weapons, either) |
bjsc, you mean .380. If they ever make a PPK in .280 Ruger (which is a rifle round based off of a .30-06 case:eek: ), you sure as hell wont find me shooting it.:p
The Rem.700's had fireing problems because they didnt use the original Mauser 3-position safety on the bolt originally, opting for a trigger-safety at one time. In the correct safety position on a Mauser, you can pick up the whole gun by the bolt itself, without ever opening the bolt. |
PM9's are selling like hotcakes. I personally find them a little to expensive though.

ted, is that al bundy's old dodge youve got there? ;)
god, he loves that car! :p |

Smith & Wesson 686,,,, Awsome piece.

With that Ulta Dot, it's almost like cheating. I can dot an i at 25 yards. Like the Remington Model 12 for home use though.:D

I have several rifles, shotguns, and handguns. I used to shoot a lot and reload some. Mostly .30/30 and .270 some 12 and 20 ga. Now I use them to weight-down my gun cabinet, except for the pistola in the dresser. Sold the reloaders.
Gee, I wonder what our British brothers and sisters think of this gun madness. Any of you guys shot any family members or knocked-over any likker stores lately? Botnst |
