Bastard has now been identified... he's a 28 year old &($^&$ driving a 1999 green geo metro. He's been responsible for atleast 15 shootings resulting in one death. I hope they catch him soon.

Seems like every generation has at least one. In the previous here in Ohio, it was a nut throwing rocks onto cars and motorcycles from overpasses. That guy killed at least a couple people, iirc. They put up fences on the overpasses shortly after that.
