Friend got himself a benz!

My good friend from germany finally moved to the states to start his life over. he came with less than $1000 in his pocket, no return flight and nowhere to stay. after a couple of months, he has been able to get things going. he filed for a corporation selling the mercedes-benz of Dental Furniture for Dentists/Laboritories.. HE got a bit of startup capital from the company that manufactures the furniture, and has made a couple of good sales, and has bought himself a benz.

It's nice to know that friends are there to help you in when in need, and I am glad that myself and my family have been there for him to help him start life anew.

He found a 1991 300E in Charcoal/Grey, with 130k on the odo, car is clean, but needs a little TLC on the exterior. Runs and drives great. BAck in germany he had a same color combination 300TE, and missed that car terribly. I'm glad he found a sedan to tide him over, as there are not many 300te's around in that color combo that are for sale. He got a great deal on the car, $4000. Its great to see how rejuvinated he is now that his life is moving back up and out of the gutter!

I'm glad his life is turning around for him. After his 3rd divorce and having his 3rd wife clean him out like the previous two had cleaned him out and left him with nothing, he has pulled himself up, and is bringing himself out of his bad situation and he is coming abck stronger than ever.

I'll get pics soon for you guys. of course I told him first thing we have to do when he can spare the money is update the car's lighting. toher than that, it can stay stock, but knowing the better lighting of the European lights, I told him it's a must.
