I saw a new mbusa ad series on tv tonight on the discovery channel. old-time pics and older model benzes with their diverse owners. one old 240d with over a million miles. great ads!

yea, I saw it too... quite nice, although maybe the slogan should be 'mercedes benz, they don't make 'em like they used to'.

There was a good ad that ran in the UK in a similar vain a while back with Janis Joplin's 'oh looord won't you buy me a mercedes benz' on it.

I especially like the one with Sir Sterling Moss with 300SLR 722. He could have smiled in the close up shop though. Then they showed the W108.
