BMW 7 series.

I always wanted a W140 S500, it was one of my more reasonable dream cars. i recently got to drive a 740IL and it was so cool, so now i am moving a lil towards BMW. for people who drove both how would u compare them? for me the bmw was just so much, very tight handeling and a lot of torque. i loved the interior and pretty much everything. i never drove an S500 so was just wondering how the stack up to each other.

I think the 7 series does feel a bit tighter. However as far as dependability....the S500 is way out in front even with evaporator and wiring harness ( some years) issues.
