Schumacher wins again
Well both Mclarens made it to the finish line, one of them a lap down. How embarassing. From top contender to bottom feeder.
Michael Schumacher is just amazing. You guys have the German national anthem memorized yet? Comes on every other weekend in the morning on Speedchannel during the F1 season.

I actually got to watch most of this one. Very entertaining, especially the blown-up Honda.

Well, the FIA is busy cooking up new rules to "De-Ferrari" the winner's circle . . . changes to tire use, requiring that engines last two races, etc.

Problem with changes is they affect everyone. What's bad for Ferrari is bad for McLaren is bad for BAR. If they require engines to last two races then McLaren is surely be out of it. They already made changes last year with qualifying to try and knock Michael off the pole. Sure worked well.

In the case of the West/McLaren/Mercedes team, I am hopeful and confident the season will improve dramatically.
On a different note, I am pleased to see the competiveness of BAR, Renault, Jaguar (and others) improve from past seasons. Of course, I want Kimi and DC to win or even get podium finishes..... |
