Wacko Jacko indicted.
A Grand Jury confirmed all counts as well, I hope he gets put away for a long long time. I just hope the judge of his trial keeps it from becoming a publicity platform for wacko.

I never saw it laid out like that before...assuming he truly is guilty of these crimes (due process does have to go through, but I sincerely doubt that he's innocent), he needs to be put away indefinitely...
I think "Sicko" needs to be added to his nickname :p |

Last time we got in a Wacko-Jacko fracas on this forum I was pretty well convinced the weird ba$tard was guilty.
I'm not as convinced now as previously. His former legal team did a good job of planting doubt in my mind concerning the motives of the accusers. It will be very interesting to see what his new legal team does with the case. As an aside, a lot of these bizarre cases seem to get tried in CA. What's up with that? Also, is the CA legal system typical of America? B |

Knowing children
It worries me that this is all based on one child.
