what's right about this limo?
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=6472&item=2478556269&rd=1&ssPageName=WDVW
Warning, this is a gripe - I see all manner of limo conversions and invariably they don't address a big issue with limos - getting inside. Chop-and-stretch shops expect someone in a poofy wedding gown or prom dress to squeeze through the door of a Town Car or Sedan de Ville. Looking at the car up for auction, the W100, the W123 LWB and Cadillac factory limos (series 70?), note how the rear doors are well ahead of the rear wheel making for a much larger opening. You don't have to be a contortionist to get in the car. Maybe flashy conversions have to boast a bar because you need a drink after you get inside and slide your butt 20 feet down the sideways couch. Such luxury. So someone did little more than use the mechanical version of PhotoShop to lengthen an ordinary car. Guess what? It's still an ordinary car. Is anyone more impressed that you arrive in an MD-90 instead of a DC-9? - end gripe. Sixto 95 S420 87 300SDL |

Always get into a limo butt first. That way the paparazi can only get shots of your face.
