My Subie!

How do you like it so far? I'd like to pick up an Impreza Wagon with the sport package for my next Subie.

Its a hell of a car. Its not the AWD model, but it handles like a dream, and is fun to drive. It's a 5 speed manual, and the transmission is notchy but precise...and not hydraulically assisted. The engine only has 110 HP stock, but with some of my mods, it my have 115. The next one I get, I either want the 2.5RS (with a 165HP engine and AWD) or a model like mine with the 2.2 liter engine (142 HP and AWD) But my dream would a 98 Legacy 2.5GT wagon, with a 5 speed. Those look awesome. Its been a great car so far.

They are a lot different from the other Japanese cars around...and unlike my 240D, my car can actually beat 2.0 8V Jetta's and 1.6 liter Civic DX's in little street qualms.

We had a guy here at the shop that had a 2.5L R/S a couple years ago. Sweet lookin' car It was in Candy Apple Red with all the options. Yeah, good choice

Take care of her and she will last. I have always been a Soob guy. I've owned 3 Brats and 3 wagons. Right now I have a '91 Legacy wagon AWD 5-spd. It has 241,000 miles and I have done nothing except regular maintenance.
