...and allowed to plant a slug into the body of the idiot who created all of this havoc... ...except that the victims would be directed to inflict a non-fatal wound... ...I would start with a kneecap!

Un-freakin' real!
It reminds me of that guy in CA a few years back that got into a tank and drove through neighborhoods over cars and through telephone poles. He finally got stuck on a jersey wall on the highway and the police had to shoot him.
