CMAC - Confectionary Manufacturers Association of Canada - That's the reason that Lifesavers® are made in Canada now. The prices in the US for sugar was too high, so Lifesavers® closed their operations in Chicago and headed Nort'!

I quit buying their products.

Narrows down the field of candy products to choose from ALOT!

(Like my fat @$$ needs any more sugar!)
