The pvc coating was like new (what do you want from a car that was always kept in garage in california)

So my task is to seal the pvc and best way to do that is clean it scuff it thick epoxy polyurethane topcoat

I mean the polyurethane on polyester base

In this area i will seal up the plugs as well

Distributor seal replacement

The trick is not to touch the fuel screws

If you do that you will screw up and the thing will flood

A friend of mine did that thinking why not and counted the screw rotation after his work was done the car did not fire up anymore

Mine did
