Unsure if yours but in every Mercedes I've owned the lighter socket is dead unless the ignition is turned on. Doubt if backfeeding into it will do anything with ignition off.

Identifying this car (W108 or W109) would be put to bed with a chassis number. I see no evidence of compressor or valve block for air suspension....
