I was finally able to find a decent picture and a video of the lower harness. Answered my questions. Looks like I’ll be removing the harness and doing some “rebuilding.”

The fluid level is correct and the fluid great! There’s no adjustment “nut” on the cable like you’d find on an OM601/602/603. Information is also very scarce on this particular setup.
