Hi, post says most of it, it is the recessed style, not the flush style. It is from a 1984 or 1985. Dirty- as the car has been sitting awhile. But very good condition.

190E warm start-up revs. all over the place!

Car starts, and idles very smoothly when cold.
When car is warmed up and I start it-it revs between 7 and 15 for about 7-9 times, then smooths out. A little sooner if I race engine.
Any ideas?

My 14" rims were ugly/ had the chance to get new 15" pristine rims free-just swap them out. I've got to check on old tire and new tire sizes.
I'm in no hurry to replace...

Just switched from 14" wheels to 15" wheels. I really don't notice much of a difference. The bumps may be a little less harsh though, maybe it's the tires (?)

I just went from 14" to 15" wheels (I forget tire sizes for each wheel size)
I'm guessing that with the 15" wheels I'm gaining more ground per revolution...

Is the fuel relay the piece w/ small hose attached to the inside wall of the battery compartment?
