back brakes of a AClass mercedes

can any one help with my brake problem i replaced my battery and reset it but the brakes are now lock anyone's help

i have replace the battery and reset the system and the back brakes are still locked is there something i have missed any ideas :cool:

the ABS came on when the battery was replaced also the ESP BSP lights are also on

the car is a Aclass 140 V reg 1998 mileag 56000 it has had all services done last mot november it was due for one...
